ToggleDays after the Seoul manager criticised his lack of effort and fighting spirit for the South Korean side, the 31-year-old took to Instagram to have his say on Thursday. It appears he is trying to take the high road over this matter.

In an Instagram post, the former West Ham loanee posted a quote that said: "I can't lie, this sh*t gets overwhelming but I just keep pushing."
He himself wrote: "Accept what it is, let go of what it was and have faith in what it will be. P.S. we back on the grass."
Lingard sustained a knee injury in late March, something he is receiving electrotherapy treatment for. After more than six months without a club, following his release from Nottingham Forest last year, the ex-England international's career seems to be at a new low point following this latest round of criticism.
Lingard, who has made three appearances for Seoul so far, will hope to feature for the first-team as soon as possible, as the Korean giants take on Daegu on Sunday, Pohang Steelers on April 13, and then Seoul E-Land six days later.
